Ferat Muja, a former Trepça miner, during his 1982 trial. He was sentenced to death after killing Danilo Milinčić, whom his family claimed had attacked him with a hoe. The Yugoslav authorities characterized the case as a politically motivated and ‘irredentist’ act, while the defense considered it an act of self-defense. To this day, the location of his grave remains unknown. Photo: Ilaz Bylykbashi.
