He said that after his mission ended, no one\u2014not at the OSCE nor in the U.S.\u2014asked him what had happened in Kosovo.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I left Kosovo, I went to Vienna to see the OSCE that had sent me here. I went to Washington. Not a single member of the OSCE headquarters, not one person at the State Department, at any level, asked me anything about my mission in Kosovo, so I felt that I was both right and wrong. It was very strange. There were no lessons learned regarding what I had experienced here. So my career went nowhere,\u201d Walker said.<\/p>\n
William Walker documented the horror he witnessed at the scene in Ra\u010dak on January 15, 1999, in a book that tells the story of one of the bloodiest massacres from the last war in Kosovo.
